One other aspect of passive(bottom) homosexuals is that they are poor achiever's.On a course to achieve something, they choose only the path of least resistance.Suppose "A" a gay is given an errand of submitting his application form. The very act of setting out is very consuming to him and since he is very self conscious of his physical traits which differs from the hetero's,occupies all his thought process. On reaching the office,if he is informed that the due date is over,or his application lacks a particular information,he quickly retracts without completing the job.On the otherhand even an averagely intelligent hetero would prod/look for alternatives, bring out his best entrepreunership and put forward his winning charm to convert the very same obstacles to avenues and for his advantage. This has become a proverbial abuse in Indian language ,if a man returns empty handed without completing the assigned job........
The two most obscene and abnoxious abuse to describe a homosexual in Indian context: Beg your pardon for these words are never uttered by the decent or the civilised or for that matter by the rustic or coloquial. It is a stinging insult and is used at street level and is uttered only on highest irritation by a decent civilised man and is probably, every third word for the street peddlar, urchin and the orphan. The prophanes are "Ghandu" and "Chutiya".Both the words if considered in their mildest concoction would imply an imbecile, idiot, non achiever, loser, aimless or a stupid person. But Ghandu literally means a person using his buttock or lending his ass for the pleasures of the other dominant man,This aspect is also portrayed in animals were in the subbordinate ,docile stranger animal of the same species is smelled by the dominant animal of the colony.
Like wise the abuse Chutiya means a male person behaving like a person endowed with "Chut" which means vagina in Hindi. That is the giggling, non serious, effeminate and decorated behaviour of a male person. |
